Investing:

Investing is a great way to earn money. It just takes a loooong time. For example, if you wanted to earn $1 million from $1, it would take 145 years (with 10% interest, the S&P’s average annual interest)!!! But, it is shorter due to something called compound interest. Compound interest helps your money earn more money. Imagine you have one dollar with ten percent annual interest. For the first year you would earn 10 cents, right? The next year you would earn 11 cents. Crazy, right? This phenomenon is because of compound interest, which helps your money make you more money.

Pros of investing:   Passive income, Easy to start

Cons of investing: Takes a long time, You can lose money.

Start a company:

Name the richest man in the world. Got it? It’s Elon Musk. He earned his billions from Tesla and Pay Pal. Why wouldn’t you be able to do the same? Companies are a great way to become a millionaire, and the most common way.

Pros: High return

Cons: High risk

Advertisements:

Another good way to earn money is from Tik Tok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and/or a website. The reason why I included YouTube is because YouTube pays $936,000 a year from a million subscribers. You would actually earn money if you payed people $1 to subscribe! Crazy, huh? You can also use WordPress (premium) to earn money off of ads.

Pros: You can earn a lot of money off of it.

Cons: Requires a lot of users.

How not to become a millionaire:

Gamble, buy lottery tickets, spend more than you need, and listen to frauds about investing.
