Creating My Ideal Reading and Writing Space

You get to build your perfect space for reading and writing. What’s it like?

It would be a giant library, filled with books, paper, perfectly sharpened pencils, bean bag chairs, couches, and a little bit of white noise. Here’s why I chose each of those.

I would want it to be a giant library filled with books from the past, present, and future so that I can change the book that I am reading any time. Plus, libraries have a calming and silent feeling.

I would want paper and perfectly sharpened pencils because I love writing and drawing out ideas on paper, but I don’t like sharpening pencils.

I would want bean bags and couches because when I read, I like to have a place to relax. The reason why I’m not deciding on getting one or the other is because sometimes I’m in a bean bag mood, and others I’m in a couch type mood.

Last but not least, I would want a little bit of white noise. I don’t know about you, but sometimes I don’t like perfect quiet. I don’t like it to be loud, don’t get me wrong, but perfect silence doesn’t seem all that perfect. If it were up to me, I’d want a little bit of white noise. Not too much, not too little, but just right.

All in all, my perfect reading space would have a giant library filled with books, paper and perfectly sharpened pencils, bean bags and couches, and just a little bit of white noise.
